General Questions
Apartments can be rented for 12 months or longer.
The security deposit is 3 monthly base rents and should ideally be deposited in the full amount for that purpose. Principally, every tenant has the statutory right to pay the security deposit in three instalments.
There is both a cabel connection and a fibre optic connection from Telekom.
Keeping small pets in reasonable numbers is permitted as long as they do not bother other parties in the house. Pursuant to the Dangerous Dogs Ordinance of the State of Berlin, keeping an attack dog in the building is prohibited. Other kinds of pets may be kept subject to the landlord’s consent.
There are designated spaces and connections for both a washing machine and a dryer in each apartment.

Lettings and Viewings
Please arrive in time for your viewing appointment in front of the respective building entrance in which your preferred apartment is located. An estate agent representing Apleona Real Estate GmbH will meet you there.
Yes, you may. The estate agency Apleona Real Estate GmbH will adjust your apartment request form accordingly.
First, you should register as an applicant seeking to rent an apartment. Afterwards, you may log in using your e-mail address and password to upload your documents.
If you are already registered as an interested party, you may also use your e-mail address and password to log in and to change your status to applicant. You will then be able to upload your documents.
You may update any data referring to your application in the log-in area on your own. You may also withdraw your application and thereby delete all of the associated documents.
If you have previously completed your registration without access, enter your e-mail address in the login area and then click "forgot your password" to receive a password by e-mail.
